We are currently looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This person will collaborate with designers, copywriters and product specialists to build enticing stories about new brands, collections, product trends and promotions through newsletters and automation campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Build segmented newsletters based on customer interest;
  • Setup automation campaigns on a new generation CRM platform;
  • Run A/B tests to optimize messaging;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on marketing planning;
  • Report on performance.

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in digital marketing;
  • Experience with email marketing platforms(ex: Mailchimp) and Google Analytics;
  • Strong written storytelling skills in English, fluent in French
  • Known for your attention to details;
  • Confortable with G suite, especially Sheets;
  • Experience in retail (asset).

Warehouse Clerk

As warehouse clerk, your main responsibility will be to assemble and ship customer orders while respecting our quality standards.

Full time, 40 hours per week.

Warehouse: 333 rue Chabanel, suite 705, Montréal

As warehouse clerk, your main responsibility will be to assemble and ship customer orders while respecting our quality standards.

We are looking for efficient and serious candidates to work at our warehouse on Chabanel Street. We need a trustworthy person that prides themself on a job well done.

Main Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify and ship merchandise purchased by our customers;
  • Inspect returns as per established norms;
  • Put merchandise back in stock when required;
  • Perform inventory counts.

Knowledge and Abilities

  • 0 to 6 months experience in a warehouse setting;
  • Ease with technology;
  • Good physical form;
  • Ability to express yourself in French (comprehension and verbal);
  • Attentive and detail-oriented;
  • Punctual and assiduous at work;
  • Experience working in a warehouse setting with an inventory management software (important asset).

Customer Service Agent – Full time and part time positions available

Your main responsabilities will be to support and guide clients on products according to their needs.

Full time, 40 hours per week.

Part time, 12-24 hours per week.

Main Responsibilities

  •  Support and guide clients on products according to their needs (phone, email, chat);
  • Help clients with online purchases and orders;
  • Proceed with reimbursements when needed;
  • Follow-up on orders and answer related questions;
  • Process returns and handle guarantee requests;
  • Identify potential frauds and report anything that seem unusual;
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Have 6 months to 1 year of experience in client service;
  • Be perfectly bilingual (French/English), verbally and in writing;
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time;
  • Ability to work with different IT platforms;
  • Be able to manage stress efficiently;
  • Be rigorous and assiduous
