The Partner Relationship Coordinator will work alongside our Partner Relations Specialist. Your main responsibility will be to coordinate the implementation of our various COOP marketing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the implementation of our COOP marketing campaigns:
    • Develop internal briefs for our team of graphic designers
    • Ensure the visuals are approved by our partner brands
    • Collect the media resources from our partner brands
    • Follow-up with marketing team regarding the development of our marketing initiatives
    • Provide our partner brands with proof of our marketing initiatives
    • Write up reports with the results of our marketing initiatives
  • Perform competitive intelligence duties by reporting on the sales tactics and promotions of our competitors and presenting your findings to our marketing and buying teams;
  • Meet with our partner brands and develop a trusting relationship with them;
  • Carry out various presentations for our partner brands;
  • Develop and suggest personalized marketing plans.

Requirements

  • Degree in Communication Studies, Marketing or any other related field;
  • 1 to 3 of years of experience in a similar position;
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Knowledge of the retail industry (important asset);
  • Ability to manage many projects at once;
  • Performs well under pressure;
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Price Check Agent (Contract)

The Price Check Agent will play a key role in ensuring the pricing and promotional strategies of our competitors respect our agreements with our suppliers.

4-month contract, 15 to 20 hours per week.

Job Description

We are currently looking for an Price Check Agent who will play a key role within our marketing and buying teams. Marketing or price check experience is not required for this position. This person will collaborate with our our Partner Relationship Specialist and Merchandising Coordinator to ensure that Altitude Sports & The Last Hunt product pricing and promotions remain competitive while respecting our supplier agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date on the tactics, offers and promotions of our competitors;
  • Produce daily reports to share with our marketing and buying teams;
  • Ensure our agreements with suppliers are respected.

Qualifications

  • Interest in e-commerce;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets;
  • Bilingual in French & English, spoken & written;
  • Known for your attention to details in a fast paced environment;
  • Coding experience (asset);
  • Experience in retail (asset).

DC Manager, Logistics & Operations

The Warehouse Manager will oversee the daily operations at our Chabanel Street warehouse as well as continuously improve our various KPIs.

Full time, permanent position

In collaboration with the Director of Operations, the DC Manager will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, manage the human and material resources, as well as ensure the health and safety of the workplace.

 Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the daily operations at the DC;
  • Maintain and improve KPIs for each department and quickly identify any decline in productivity (picking and shipping, reception, returns)
  • Contact, negotiate with, and purchase from our equipment and material suppliers;
  • Maintain regular contact and positive business relationships with our transporters;
  • Identify issues and recommend improvements in order to maintain the sustainable growth of our operational procedures;
  • Develop a five-year plan in order to support organizational growth and strategic development with regards to our business objectives (expansion plans, improving our procedures, identifying automation needs, etc.)
  • Participate in planning staffing needs, by hiring new employees in collaboration with the human resources department;
  • Oversee performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and apply disciplinary measures when needed;
  • Ensure and enforce workplace health and safety rules;
  • Prepare and lead group meetings, with supervisors and/or all warehouse employees.

Requirements

  • Degree in Management, Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain Management
  • 5 to 10 years experience in a similar position (supply chain, planning, inventory management, distribution center environment)
  • At least 2 years experience in the e-commerce industry;
  • At least 5 years experience working with a WMS or an ERP
  • 2 to 5 years experience in an automated warehouse setting;
  • Great knowledge of MS Office Suite;
  • Great ease with information systems;
  • Excellent relational and communication abilities;
  • Experience in personnel management (knowledge of Labour Standards, Health and Safety);
  • Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written;
  • Experience within the fashion industry (an asset).

Knowledge and Abilities

  • An analytical mind and ability to identify key problems and needs;
  • Ability to define a strategy and elaborate an action plan;
  • Autonomy and ability to manage change.
