As warehouse clerk, your main responsibility will be to assemble and ship customer orders while respecting our quality standards.

We are looking for efficient and serious candidates to work at our warehouse on Chabanel Street. We need a trustworthy person that prides themself on a job well done. Our warehouse is easily accessible by public transit, and is a welcoming, dynamic working environment. Join our team!

Main Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify and ship merchandise purchased by our customers;
  • Inspect returns as per established norms;
  • Put merchandise back in stock when required;
  • Perform inventory counts.

Knowledge and Abilities

  • Great ease with technology;
  • Good physical form;
  • Ability to express yourself in French (comprehension and verbal);
  • Attentive and detail-oriented;
  • Punctual and assiduous at work;
  • Experience working in a warehouse setting with an inventory management software (important asset).

Required Availabilities

  • Day shift: 7:30am to 3:30pm;
  • Evening shift from 3:30 to 11:30pm.

Pay-per-click Specialist

The Pay-per-click (PPC) Specialist is responsible for increasing revenue from paid ad campaigns.

We are currently looking for a Pay-per-click (PPC) Specialist to join our marketing acquisition team. We’re looking for someone technical, dynamic, and rigorous, that understands targeting and how to appeal to different audiences in a retail context. Prior experience in search engine marketing (SEM), social and display ads is not mandatory but a strong plus.

This person will collaborate with designers, copywriters and product specialists to build powerful customer acquisition campaigns. Your main KPIs will be returns on investment, click-through-rates and quality scores.

Main responsibilities

  • Managing pay-per-click accounts on Google Ads & Bing Ads (ad copy, bids, etc.)
  • Optimizing ads on various display and social ad platforms
  • Automating processes and workflows tied to paid advertising
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Reporting on performance.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of digital marketing experience
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Data-driven decision-making methodologies
  • Advanced G-Suite knowledge, especially Sheets
  • Deep understanding of audiences & targeting
  • Outstanding English and French writing skills
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Bing Ads an asset
  • Passion for sports, the outdoors, fashion, & product knowledge an asset
  • Experience with JavaScript, R, Python & SQL an asset

Running specialist

The running specialist will showcase Altitude Sports’ values at various events within Montreal’s running community.

Altitude Sports is a leading online curator of technical and urban clothing. We sell over 430 brands via our Web stores Altitude-sports.com and TheLastHunt.com.

6-month contractual, full-time position.

Running is one of Altitude Sports’ core activities, as showcased by the variety of running-related products sold on our website, as well as through our company culture and initiatives. Altitude Sports’ running club has stepped foot on Montreal’s metropolitan running scene within the last year. Our goal is to become a top player in this community that is in full growth.

The running specialist will be the face of Altitude Sports’ running club. He or she will be the ambassador of the club during various running-related events across the city. This person will spearhead this project by facilitating clinics, overseeing events communications, managing a float of demo running shoes, planning photo and video content creation, and more.

Main responsibilities

  • Promote Altitude Sports’ running club within the running community in  Montreal and surrounding area by planning, coordinating and participating in over 200 running events;
  • Actively participate in various marketing meetings at Altitude Sports Head Office;
  • Create and manage content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.);
  • Manage Altitude Sports running club from A to Z (run schedules, contact with runners and participants, float of demo shoes)
  • Work alongside elite runners;
  • Possibility of supervising 1 to 2 employees;
  • Perform all related administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • College Degree in Kinesiology, or any other related field;
  • Solid running experience (long distances, marathons, events and competitions);
  • Master the technical aspect of running, from shoes to running techniques;
  • Have a thorough understanding of the urban running community, both in Montreal (75%) and Quebec City (25%);
  • Experience in content creation (written, photo, video), an important asset;
  • Ability to work on the road as well as on a variable time schedule (days, evenings and weekends) according to business needs;
  • Experience in retail, specific to footwear or running, an important asset;
  • Bilingual both in French and in English, spoken and written;
  • Class 5 Driver’s license.

Knowledge and Abilities

  • Excellent organization and priority-management skills;
  • Be autonomous and proactive;
  • Recognized for excellent communication skills, both spoken and written (writing, crowd animation, advice-giving, etc.)
  • Be outgoing and excited about communicating your passion!
