- Support and guide clients on products according to their needs (phone, email, chat);
- Help clients with online purchases and orders;
- Proceed with reimbursements when needed;
- Follow-up on orders and answer related questions;
- Process returns and handle guarantee requests;
- Identify potential frauds and report anything that seem unusual;
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
- Have 6 months to 1 year of experience in client service;
- Be perfectly bilingual (French/English), verbally and in writing;
- Be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time;
- Ability to work with different IT platforms;
- Be able to manage stress efficiently;
- Be rigorous and assiduous
- Be polite and professional;
- Be punctual.
- Knowledge of outdoor gear and products
